On the 9th of July 2019 Ogilvy Namibia on-boarded Namibia Heart Foundation as one of Ogilvy’s 2019 corporate social responsibility projects.
The owner and founder of Namibia Heart Foundation, Mr. Gerhard De Koe explained that cardiac and related disease is prevalent in our country. Although the medical and allied professions, government and private hospitals, medical aid and insurance sector, and others do their utmost to educate Namibians on preventative and early diagnostic measures, much more needs to be done. Namibia Heart Foundation (NHF), founded in 2019, was specifically established to complement the good work of others as it relates to educating Namibians and thereby creating an awareness of heart disease and the associated risks. Additionally, NHF aims to help, guide and support individuals affected by or suffering from a cardiac disease with a holistic healing approach.
On the 30th of August, 2019, NHF had their official launch to the public at the Safari Hotel & Casino whereby all guests were welcomed with a hearty breakfast and in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of this newly launched organization.
Ogilvy has assisted in offering its strategic and creative services in the following areas:
Event Invite – Design & layout of the digital event invitation and event reminder.
Branding – Design & layout of branded banners.
Event Launch – Assist the client in inviting the right guests for strategic purposes.
Company profile – Complete the design & layout for the client’s company profile.
In the new year 2020, Ogilvy Namibia will consider investing time in completing a comprehensive marketing communications plan.
